Aunt Jans and the tirp home

The kids went sledding on a snow drift in the back yard, and then Sarah found their cat...

Sarah dressed up in a 60's skirt that was my halloween costume when I was little. She had to dance because it twirls so beautifully!

Family pictures

We had family pictures taken in Bozeman, Kelli put the whole family pcitures on her page, so take a look at those there. I have a few ready just of the girls, so here they are.

Andy and Kelli had to leave before the rest of us, so they didn't get to make Christmas cookies with us, but we still had fun.

Sarahs were very pretty....

and Mollys were very bold!

Molly holding her candle.

Sarah spent her time making snow balls to throw at her daddy. They guys went to town, so she was going to surprise him when he got back.

We had a pretty warm day toward the end of our time in Bozeman, so we all went and played in the snow.

Molly and Madison were trying to play with the cars, but there was just a little too much snow for that to work very well ;)

We got to go to dinner and a movie with Nathans siblings, and all the girls got to stay back at the house with grandma and grandpa. They had a tea party and got a goodnight story. We all had a good night!

We got to go on a sleigh ride up in Big Sky. There was plenty of snow, it was really beautiful!

While we were in Bozeman, we got alot of snow. Sometimes I forget just how peaceful new snow is.

All loaded up in the sleigh. Sarah started off really happy, but got cold pretty quickly. ( it was around 7 degrees out)

Heather got to pet the horses, they were very gentle.

Nathan with one of the girls scarfs on, trying to keep warm.

On the drive back home, we got to see a herd of Big Horn Sheep right beside the road.

Molly opening her Wonder Pets fly boat.

Molly was so excited to open all her presents, she had the funniest faces.

Christmas in Bozeman

We had a longer than usual drive up to Montana. It took about 24 hours, 5 hours longer than usual. We ran into some really bad weather a few times. Also, there was a really bad winter storm here in California the day before we were supposed to leave, so we had to wait until the next day because the freeway was closed in two spots. Andy and Kelli, and Lisa and Jerred got to Bozeman before us, so the girls were really excited to see their cousins.

When we got into Bozeman, Nathan and I had to take a nap for a few hours, when we woke up, we put up the Christmas tree. All 6 of the girls helped, but the little ones got bored pretty quickly.

The little ones eating their candy canes while the big girls finished decorating.

Grandma got a new microwave, and the girls got a super cool box to play in!
