We finally went back to the wild animal park. They made a lot of changes since we were there over a year ago. The girls fed the birds by themselves this time, they were a little to scared last time.
It was not that hot, but the girls really wanted to go to the water park there, so they had to wear their clothes. They had so much fun!
We let them go to the petting zoo and feed the deer.
Before we left we got a picutre on the rhino, its a tradition we have done every time we've gone.

Ok, so we tried one last time to get the beach pictures that I have REALLY wanted for a LONG time! It was a perfect day! The tide was low, the sky was blue, the kids were happy!!!!
Nathan likes the pier in the background, I think this was his favorite.
This is the one I really like! I really wish I could crop on this blog, because I wait until I am printing them to crop them, and dont have time to do it twice. Anyway, I am printing this one at 20x30 and hanging it above my couch.
I also like this one, the edge line of the water is great.
The girls were having a great time!
We were trying for some fun poses, and the girls were trying, but then a bigger wave came in, and they freaked out on me! That was the end of the day. Oh, well, we got some really good ones.
We went for a hike at Torrey Pines. They opened up the trial that goes all the way to the beach, so we went all the way down.
We stopped for a few minutes halfway down and watched the para gliders.
Sarah posing again.
My friend Rachel gave the girls these striped leggings, Heather really loves them.
There was a huge rock on the beach, so we climbed onto it. There were little tide pools all over on top of it, so that means lots of sea anemones. The girls were getting kissed by them over and over!
Sarah really stepped out of her shell and got a small part in the kindergarten play. It was "Three of a Kind" So, 3 billy goats gruff, 3 wise men, 3 muskateers, 3 bears, ect... Sarah was a billy goat, and she did such a great job! When the play started, the sun was right behind the building, so the lighting is funny in some of them. I didn't have time to crop these, but Sarah is pretty easy to spot, and you can click on the pictures to enlarge them.
Sarah and her best friend Daria, one of the 3 blind mice.
Sarah is obviously confident! We were so proud of her!
These pictures are backward, but I dont have time to fix it. We found some cheap plane tickets for my mom to come see us for a week. We had a really busy week. Molly was obviously worn out :) We had a birthday party for all 3 girls because Sarah needed a new bike so Heather could have her old one. We went to Chuck-E-Cheese and we had a great time! Thanks Grandma Rita! We also went to the zoo and the La Jolla cove again. It was another beautiful day.
Having a sleepover with the new sleeping bags from the birthday party.
Trying to use all the legos to make a castle.
Looking for crabs and shells at La Jolla cove.
Grandma looking at the Sea Lions on the rocks.
So sweet...
Making May day baskets to give to the neighbors.
Molly was so excited to get playdough!
Grandma braided the girls hair, they were so beautiful!
Molly did not want me to take her picture!
Heather figured it out with Grandmas help!
At the zoo.
Heather has really changed over the last few months, she looks SO old in this picture! She will be 5 on June 15th!
The hippo was right next to the glass, so everyone crowded around it.
We hit low tide and went to the cove at La Jolla. It was a perfect day there. The girls found some crabs (dead), named them sparkles and I dont remember the others name, and played with them for over an hour. There were Sea Lions swimming around the beach, and we found lots of hermit crabs.
We have three little girls, Sarah, Heather, and Molly. Nathan and I both grew up in Montana, we were married there in 1998. In 2003 we moved to San Diego so Nathan could persue his career goals. We have been here for 5 years now, Nathan is now a Network Engineer working for Cox. I stay home full time with the girls.
